Lodging
Unless otherwise discussed with the Conference Coordinator, a room has been reserved for all invited guests at the Clarion Hotel and Congress Malmö Live from 13-16 August. If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay, you are welcome to do so at your own expense; the Conference Coordinator will extend the reservation, and then you can pay for the additional nights upon checkout.
If you prefer to stay at a different hotel, please contact us, and you are welcome to make your own reservation there.

Local Ground Transportation
If you are arriving via the Copenhagen Airport, the distance to the hotel is approximately 30km and a train departs from the airport every 20 minutes. The cost averages US$12 and you can find the train schedule here (translate button in top right corner of page). You will depart the train at Malmö C station. A taxi from the Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup will take approximately 30 minutes and the cost averages US$85.
A shuttle has been arranged to pick up those participants arriving at 22.30 on Saturday, 12 June.

Meals
Guest meals will be provided throughout the conference duration (including welcome dinner the evening of August 13, breakfast/lunch/dinner on August 14, and breakfast/lunch on August 15). Other meals for guest speakers, all meals for travel companions, and any incidental expenses are the responsibility of the guest speaker.
