The International Human Rights Law Clinic had a media-heavy event last week which involved a lot of pre-event research and coordination. On top of having to put in a lot of time beforehand, on the day of the event, we were told that someone from the media department had to stay until 7pm to help the technician from the translation company. Even though she was not planning on staying that late, Jen Covens did so to make sure that we had what we needed. It was definitely “going the extra mile” and it was very much appreciated!
