A huge and overdue Thank You to the entire staff of the Registrar’s Office: Carol, Christin, Trish, Beth, and especially Claire. I so appreciate the care and effort you take with our advanced degree students and the interesting and unusual challenges they often bring. Your professionalism, creativity, kindness, and sense of humor make working with you all a joy. Thank you!
I Love the Registrar’s Office!
Rachel Zuraw and Delia Violante Rock!
Thank you Rachel and Delia for initiating the Berkeley Law Knitting (& Crocheting) club! It’s such a pleasure to spend time with colleagues in this relaxed, fun way every month. And because of you, there is now an infinite supply of afghan blankets and amigurumi critters at my fingertips!
For being on point and efficient. Thanks, Lisa!
Marva de Marothy
Marva has been a blessing to work with. She has gone above and beyond and provided timely answers to questions. She has made herself available during an extremely busy time.
It was Friday night before the long weekend at 4:30pm and – of course – there was a last minute fire to put out. I had already left for the day so Dominique stayed late and came in on her Saturday (!) to help get the job done. That’s dedication in action. Thanks so much Dominique – you rock!
I would like Claire to know how much her work in scheduling the summer semester is appreciated. She has brought new clarity and accuracy to the summer schedule which made summer maintenance work much easier to schedule while minimizing the impact to the summer students. Solution oriented and positive, easy to work with.
I am a mere adjunct lecturer, but I often write letters of recommendation, have computer and printer failures in my office, lock myself out of my office, need to send something off to a client, etc., etc.
Thank you Dominic, for bringing laughter to your colleagues when it is most needed!
Kyle went above and beyond duty before and during Orientation Week. He remained totally unflappable, despite being his first orientation without Izzy. I loved working with him for the past month, and he deserves a HUGE Shout Out for the great work he did!!
Farrah Fanara (2 ShoutOuts!)
Farrah handled a sensitive and complex reappointment issue with great skill and a high level of professionalism. She understood what she needed to do and conveyed information to everyone involved. And at the 11th hour, when significant change was made, she handled that perfectly as well. She is awesome. ~Kathleen Vanden Heuvel
Farrah Fanara totally bailed me out. We needed someone to lead a Clinic tour and Farrah graciously agreed to help even though she no longer works for the Clinical Program. I don’t know what I would have done without her! ~Amy Utstein
